There are some great advantages to coaching being done face to face, although we have designed the programme and the coaching activities to be carried out virtually. Any potential coach should discuss this with you and agree on what works best in your particular situation. We are looking to build a network of Accredited Real Sales Manager Coaches across the globe, offering face to face coaching in major commercial centres.
At the moment yes it is. We are looking in the future to offer subtitled video and translated workbook activities in a number of major languages, plus we are actively recruiting native speakers in a number of countries as Accredited Coaches. From the outset it was built as a combined online on-demand training interwoven with 1-1 coaching, taking advantage of recent developments in effectiveness of online learning platforms, plus the power of 1-1 coaching that can be delivered efficiently.
We will take into consideration your preferences for industry experience, geography, sector familiarisation and personal characteristics, as well as availability of Accredited Coaches, and make a recommendation for you. In all cases, we will arrange a no-fee, no-commitment (either side) introductory meeting before confirming your coach.
Yes. We will normally recommend an initial meeting with the participants line manager and other sponsors, in order to gain their perspectives, but to be successful, the coaching environment has to be a 'safe space'.
Depending on outcomes of the coaching, we will on many occasions encourage the participant to share their progress and their challenges with their line manager or others in the organisation as appropriate, but this is always their decision.
This is up to each individual participant. We can record the sessions but will only make them available to the individual participant on a non-shareable basis. Coaching sessions are designed to be dynamic, participant centred and often challenging, where we encourage very open dialogue and consideration of options. They are generally not suitable for sharing with others.
