This programme can be completed in about 3 hours, including watching all of the videos, completing a self assessed competency questionnaire, building a development plan and a campaign plan. Most people will want to have at least 3 meetings with a coach or mentor, which will add up to another 2 hours. Many people might also want to include optional exercises, and ask others to complete a competency assessment questionnaire, in which case at least a further 2 ours might be needed.
It is normally recommended that the activities are taken over at least two, and maybe 6 weeks, to allow time for reflection, as you will be making some major decisions about whether or not the role is for you, and where to focus your development, and which activities you will want to carry out to prepare you for a successful interview stage.
