Now, Next or Never, the Aspiring Sales Manager is a short programme for senior salespeople in B2B who are considering moving into sales management in the next 3-12 months.

It will help you confirm whether or not you are suited to being a sales manager, build a development plan to develop skills, build a campaign plan to help you get a job and smash the interview.

This is a standard programme, and you will ideally want to enlist a coach / mentor who could be someone in your own company, an independent coach, or an Accredited Coach from Real Sales Manager.

Real Sales Manager is our flagship programme for senior salespeople with a definite intent to move into sales management within the next 6 months, AND Sales Managers in their first 12 months after appointment.

It will help you develop the basic knowledge, skills and competencies to be a successful sales manager, and become as effective as possible as quickly as possible.

The programme consists of either 6 or 12 modules, with each module taking at least 2 hours and up to 4 hours to complete (depending on which options you choose) together with a minimum one-hour coaching session. It is normally recommended that you complete one module every 2-4 weeks, but it can be quicker or occasionally longer.

This is a standard programme, and you will need to enlist a coach / mentor who could be someone in your own company, an independent coach, or an Accredited Coach from Real Sales Manager.

Real Sales Manager Plus is our customised programme for Sales Managers who have made the initial transition into the role (typically 9-15 months), who are happy and performing in the job and who want to progress their skills and competencies.

It will help you develop specific knowledge, skills and competencies that are missing, plus executive coaching on areas of special interest. For experienced sales managers we can also address what their next career step might be, nad what skills and experience they should gain before making another career move.

The programme will be a custom configured version of the Real Sales Manager programme, based on an initial free-of-charge interview and evaluation of your skills and competencies

This is an individually customised programme where you will work with an Accredited Coach from Real Sales Manager.
