The Real Sales Manager Plus programme is totally customisable to reflect your situation, and your specific development needs. In general we recommend coaching sessions every 2-4 weeks, each with some form of pre-work to do, such as completing part of modules from Real Sales Manager, or other videos / articles / book extracts / activities. It is unlikely that a programme can be useful and help you with lasting change with fewer that 6 sessions.

The programme is individually customisable. We offer a free 1-1 discussion to make an initial exploration of your requirements, and at that time we can suggest some modules from Real Sales Manager that you might like to sample.
We have found that coaching sessions are best done over 90 minutes for most people, but in some cases 60 minutes is fine; and we do not recommend sessions over two hours.
The pre-work that we will suggest will depend very much on your individual requirements, but typically is one to two hours. Again, we can customise this to your particular situation.
In general we recommend that you have been in a sales management position for at least six months, and often up to 15 months, before participating in this programme. You should have made the transition from individual contributor, be clear what the role entails, and have become at least competent and comfortable with most aspects of the role. Prior to this you may be better participating in the standard Real Sales Manager programme. However everybody is different, and each sales manager role is unique, so feel free to contact us to discuss your specific situation.
