Coaching is at the heart of the Real Sales Manager programme, supported by online, on-deman e-learning, free bite-sized tutorials, a range of articles and other resources, as well as our podcast.
Our coaches have many years experience in coaching all levels of sales managers in complex B2B, are thoroughly familiar with all of the resopurces available, and have access to much more supporting materials that they can use with participants on the programme.

Steve Hoyle

Steve is the founder of the Real Sales Manager project. He has a long career in sales, sales leadership, and sales development. He is a published author, entrepreneur, trainer, consultant and coach, now dedicated to helping new and aspiring sales managers to succeed as quickly as possible.

Richard Bounds

Richard is an accredited Real Sales Manager coach and founder of Leapsand. Having enjoyed a successful career holding executive roles managing large sales teams as well as holding board positions with start-up and scale-ups. Richard brings a pragmatic, calm, enthusiastic approach to supporting the development of new and aspiring sales managers. Built upon the Real Sales Manager and best in class sales methodologies, he combines this approach with practical and recent experience.
